Can't render video on HP laptop

Hi, my question my look silly but I'm really confused of it. I run vlogging YT channel and purchased brand new HP laptop and my friends were suggesting me PC because I use heavy software like Adobe Premier Pro. I started video rendering but after few days my laptop's screen goes black and whole system is hang. After a lot of research, I found that HP power supply has issues because it's unable to provide complete power to machine. I'm not sure it's because of load or something else. What to do now? Need your help!
