Open the browser on your computer or phone and access the official United website at www.united.com.
Check the "Reservation" tab and drop-down menu from the homepage's top.
From the drop-down option, choose "Change or View Reservation".
To view your reservation, enter your last name, your booking confirmation number, or your frequent flyer number.
You now have the choice to modify or cancel your reservation.
Following a Flight cancellation, a reimbursement is issued in accordance with the airline's policies.
