I have tried the various remedies to no avail. Is there any way someone might be able to give real-time chat assistance? Please advise.

Hi, I'am writing from France , so be kind with my english !! I saw the topic about the virus. I have a Samsung Tab GT P5210 android 4.4.2 and AVG , Impossible to charge the files from my PC, after I've read youre topic about it, I uninstall AVG from my tab, and it's perfect. But now the question is ; which antivirus can I use ????

I have Kaspersky internet security latest update and windows 8.1 no luck on the firewall to repair stops half way and nothing.
