why is SMI subtitle file is not working? and how can i cancel premium?

most of my subtitle are SMI file. i click the subtitle list and there was unlock icon with 'premium only', so i upgrade to premium however it is still same. so i wanna cancel the premium deal.
does any know???

I'm also having problems with SMI subtitles not even showing up. Usually if there is a conflict they show up as random characters or boxes. Not working. Checked all subtitle settings. Any help would be appreciated.
EDIT: Converting SMI files to SRT files worked perfectly. You can easily find the method online. Just wanted to add this for anyone needing help.
