Not sure where to begin, I've tried many different things.

I run a laptop off the Wifi/Router, and my desktop runs (corded) through the Wifi/router. My issue is with the laptop and not the desktop.

I can cast Videostream and Chromcast through Chrome with my desktop..
I can cast to Chromcast through Chrome on my laptop, however Videostream still gives the warning about the firewall block.

      Laptop:
      Toshiba Satellite P755
      Intel i7 26670QM 2.20GHz
      Ram 8GB
      64 Bit
Win 7 Premium SP1 (up to date)

      Wifi/Router
      WNDR3400v3
      Firmware Version
      V1.0.1.2_1.0.51

I first tried the download that was linked to allow the ports to be forwarded, but that didn't fix the issue.

Ive created an exception in Windows Firewall (inbound and outbound) allowing TCP ports 5550-5060. I also did this for the Videostream Desktop application in Inbound rules .

MS Security Essentials Ive excluded files and locations with the path to chrome.exe.

Wifi/Router I have ports forwarded 5550-5060 with my desktop as the attached device. I thought maybe this needed to be the laptop as the device, however I changed it back and forth and the laptop still wont connect with Videostream. I know this is correct because my desktop wouldn't work at first until I made this exception.

Any thoughts on what to try next would be greatly appreciated!

I'd also like to know if Premium will allow for 1080 videos to be cast through Videostream. I can get them to run but its unwatchable since it plays for 1 sec, then buffers for 3 secs.

I meant to add that I only start Videostream via the app in Chrome and not on the Taskbar.
