Aspect ratio stretch???

There used to be an option to stretch the aspect ratio. But since today it isnt there anymore. Now I cant see my subtitles... Can someone help???

Have the same problem but i can see half of my subs... Works with Netflix so its not a TV issue...

I have the exact same problem. My subtitles aren't apearing fully anymore !

The same problem here! As I understand the team is not aware of this major issue yet.... I'm currently working with them, I hope I can provide sufficient information to deal with it

Any news on this thread? It seems like videostream automatically changes aspect ratio zooming screen and chopping sides.
I've tried rebooting / reseting and none of them worked. Please help. -
@Bodini Exactly the same problem, going back to plex. For me, the subtitle problem only appears in Aspect ratio stretch mode. Emailed them couple of times with the actual footage of the problem, still it has not been fixed....
