depends how much functionality you have in your banking app, it may be few thousand bugs for a single dev to make you an app or few hundreds f thousands for a team of developers to spend an year or two to make something like Revolute
in my experience (only with the more complex systems) it takes 3–6 months for a team of 7–8 good devs to make a medium complexity system and price can get into an average between 90–140K EUR
