Hasbulla is not a dwarf as such. Dwarves are believed to be the servant class of the Elves, whereas Hasbulla is of the royal family of Elves. So, Hasbulla is a high Elf. However, it is believed that Hasbulla is a reincarnation of the first dwarf, who was the son of the earth and sky. So, Hasbulla is a dwarf too.
