I've heard a lot of discussion about this topic. Some say that it's not dangerous at all, but on the contrary, it's great for the nails. Some say it's very harmful. Who is to be believed?

Yes, as long as you get them from a reputable company or trusted salon they are safe. Check to make sure they don’t use any toxins or animal testing, I know Danni & Toni is ones brand that is known to have very safe and good reputation.

Gel strips are a piece of not fully dried gel polish. Gel nail polish spoils nails - such a statement can be heard from every second visitor of a beauty salon. We beg to differ with this opinion. The fact is that the nails do not spoil the gel nail polish, and manipulations performed during its application or removal. What do we mean? Every beauty knows that before you apply your favorite red nail polish, you need to sand down the plates with a polishing buff in order to smooth out all the irregularities. Most often women do this with unsuitable, too stiff files with low abrasiveness. As a result, your lipid barrier is injured, and the nails themselves become not smooth and shiny, but thinned and brittle.
