      Hiya

      I bought your Videostream Premium / Pro on Oct 30th and last night it reverted to vanilla. Can you help please? Love your app by the way!

        Have you tried reinstalling it?
        Have you clicked the button (there should be one for non-premium I believe) to re-authenticate premium?

        Not a dev, just figured I'd try to help at least.

            I'm not sure where it is in the new 2.x version but it was on the top right (near logo) if I recall correctly on the v1.x versions.

            Hope you figure it out

                Hey!!! Really sorry about this! Just click "Go Premium" and then click the already have premium button at the top left of the popup!

                  Also! If that doesn't work, you may have to log into Chrome again:

                  • Open up Chrome's settings (visit chrome://settings )
                  • Click "Disconnect Google Account
                  • Log back in to chrome
                  • Videostream should recognize your account again!

                    I don't have a go premium button on my screen, I emailed Matt the screenshot

                    I also logged out and logged into Chrome as well but nada......

                        Ahhh ok! You probably actually do have premium - the playlist is just hidden now! Go into the settings menu and click the enable playlist option :)

                            Okay I do have a playlist. Is the only difference now that I don't have a cute message telling me I am running premium?

                              @nikkim Although that is one of the benefits of premium there's also the ability to adjust subtitles (styles + positioning) and the ability to select what plays next from your android phone!

                              There's a ton more in the works - just give us a few more weeks and the android will be vastly improved :)
