How do I increase the rating of my league of legends account?

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong either. I seem to be trying to play well, but my rank remains the same.

Hello everyone guys. I also thought that I play League of Legends well and do everything right, until I accidentally found a blog of a guy who has been playing League for many years and gives excellent professional advice regarding WW jungle path, heroes, strategies and so on. It helps a lot during the game. And I noticed that my rank has changed.
