Hey guys! I've decided to change my lifestyle and would love to hear some general healthy tips from you. Something that everyone knows and something you think is not that common but still good for your brain and body.

First of all, you need to understand that healthy lifestyle is not about eating habits or sport. Here are some of my tips:
- be physically active, do some sports or at least exercise every day (I'm practicing yoga)
- eat healthy food (I'm trying to avoid junk, fatty food, take vitamins and supps from Canadian pharmacy, and don't drink sugary drinks)
- sleep well and manage your stress (try to follow daily sleeping routine)
- keep your mind in shape (read books, not social media)
