Hi Guys,

I use Videostream daily and have upgraded which is amazing. My suggestion though that will enhance it is the ability to rotate the screen to landscape instead of portrait. My iPad is getting on and I need to have it plugged in a fair amount of the time but with having to have the tablet in the upright position it makes it difficult for the charging cable to bend to allow it to stand up in the cradle that I have. Allow the app to rotate into the landscape position and problem solved.

Just bought the premium lifetime premium license and have a doubt:

I was not requested to provide personal details at all. Just click on buy button and provided my paypal details and after that got premium lifetime account, but the logged account at chrome it is my employer account. Could you guys help me to fix it?

I just read about Videostream and was stoked to try it out with my Chromecast Ultra (streaming from Win10 PC). I installed it and was met by the request to install the firewall patch and reboot. Did that. Same message. I went through manually to open the ports in Friwall advance setting... still no dice. Tried rebooting again and still keep getting the firewall popup. Am I missing something?

It will be awesome if the videostream have a trakt.tv integration. Is it possible ?!

Hi Support team : Any answers as to why I keep getting the wdw error message "Sorry we could not find your premium account" when I do have one that was paid for on Nov 29-30th 2016 with my gmail account ??

This did not used to be a problem for me, but has been now for a couple of month. I used to be able to click the 30 second skip button as many times as I needed and the video would play at whatever the point. Within the past couple of months, if I do this usually anymore than 4 times (so a 2 minute skip) I will get buffering for an indefinite amount of time and everything just freezes (I can't go backward or play or anything else). The only way to fix it is to stop casting and then start again.

I have the same issue. I sent an email directly for help.

My ipad works great on 1st gen chromecast but will not work with a brand new 2nd gen out of the box...Any help would be great..
