I think you're confused. This is asking you to "delete profile" which is not your "account". All their screenshots say as much. You delete the profile from Chrome, not your Google account. Then you re-add your Google account as a profile in Chrome.
Please consider revising your comment because it probably causes more harm than good. Disclosure: I am in no way related to Videostream personally or professionally, I'm just a user who likes their products.
I have been having the same working/not working issues for the past 2 months. I've tried all the same troubleshooting steps mentioned and the only thing that seems to do the trick is a full reboot, both computer and my Samgsung SG4 phone.
This is very annoying because there doesn't seem to be anything changing on my Win7 system.
Can support give a full step-by-step process on what to do to get the VideoStream application to go back to normal operation without a reboot, and for god sakes, put it in a script that you can run easily from the Chrome-plugin if possible because the one embeded in the plugin sure hasn't fixed anything for me!
Include steps you can do with the Android App as well!
Hi Jason and videostream team, I've had the same buffering issues, upgraded to premium, and still buffering, followed any and all advice listed here and elswhere, I've rebooted and reloaded chromecast and chrome and router, no change....until my daughter came over for Christmas and her laptop had no issues at all. Obviously it was my laptop that was the problem.
I use maleware bytes, and CCleaner, I had already enabled videostream with maleware bytes, so i removed CCleaner, NOW IT WORKS!!!
anyone using CCleaner, get rid of it!! While it did a good job of cleaning, it was causing speed issues.

We've recently been getting a large amount of users with the identical issue as yours, all with the Chromecast firmware version 1.28.100555, which is the newest firmware update for Google's Chromecast. Unfortunately Google doesn't provide a method to downgrade the firmware of your Chromecast. The firmware version we know to work is 1.27.96538.
Привет всем!Та же проблема сразу в зачаточном варианте))Само приложение прекрасно работает с пк Windows10 на Samsung Smart Tv.Работает и как приложение и из Chrome и из www.getVideostream.com.Но,имеющиеся два смартфона Samsung s4 android 5.0.1 и Samsung A5 2017 android 7.0 , ни чего не видят...После загрузки приложения Videostream Mobile из магазина и установки, проходит три предварительные страницы и грузиться,грузиться ...2 с половиной часа ждал,так и не загрузилось.Антивирус обычный "Защитник Windows", Брандмауэру дал все разрешения для videostream (даже в общих сетях)...Windows версия 1709,Chrome последний...Есть лопата-куда копать не понятно...
